World’s most emerging instant messaging app WhatsApp is going to introduce few notable features soon. In this article we are going to learn the upcoming features of WhatsApp.

1. WhatsApp Locked Voice Recordings:

WhatsApp’s voice message recording feature is the one of the best feature till now. With this feature we should record the voice message by holding the microphone button and if we release the button the voice message will be send to other person. But if we want to send long voice messages, then we have to hold down the microphone symbol for long time which is seems to be inconvenient.

WhatsApp understood the problem of recording long voice messages. So soon WhatsApp going to introduce one feature called “Locked Voice Recording”.  With this feature, if we hold the microphone symbol it would pop-up a lock symbol, then swipe up towards lock symbol to record the voice for long time. Once recording over tap on the unlock symbol the message will be send automatically in the chat.


A couple of factors that is probably obvious to a few users. However are still really worth noting.  While creating a Locked Recording, you can not view media in a thread unless you use a 3D contact motion, and you can't navigate to another chat to watch.

2. Play YouTube Videos Within WhatsApp:
